Resource
Center (WRC)
is committed
to empower,
support
and motivate
the developmental
potential
of women
to ensure
and maintain
the health
of the community
at large.
The WRC
is the doorway
through
which a
woman can
enter Southwestern
College
and find
the support,
encouragement,
information
and help
she is seeking.
The WRC
provides
ongoing
support
for Southwestern
College
female students
to express
their diversity
and enhance
their unique
abilities.
The
Women’s
Resource
Center was
established
to educate
the college
community
to the value,
rights and
legal responsibilities
of all people
regardless
of gender,
race, ethnicity,
sexual preference,
and age
or political/religious
persuasion.
The primary
goal of
the center
is to serve
as a resource
for all
women and
men on campus
seeking
information
concerning
academic
matters,
student
services,
crisis assistance,
child care,
food, health,
legal advising,
housing,
multi-cultural
organizations
