GEOG 145 INTRODUCTION TO MAPPING AND GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SCIENCE (GIS) 3 Units [Recommended Preparation: RDG 158 or the equivalent skill level as determined by the Southwestern College Reading Assessment or equivalent.] Provides an introduction to GIS and spatial analysis. Introduces both GIS concepts and applications within the students field of interest. Includes training in industry leading GIS software.
