ES/A 101ABCD BODY SCULPT I--IV 1 Unit Body sculpt is an exercise program that utilizes light weights, resistance tubes and bars, jump ropes, and steps to improve muscle tone and definition while strengthening the body. This workout session combined with rhythmic music, focuses on duration and intensity of exercises for deep muscle contouring, strengthening, and firming a well-defined body.
