ES/A 101ABCD BODY SCULPT I--IV 1 Unit Body sculpt is an exercise program that utilizes light weights, resistance tubes and bars, jump ropes, and steps to improve muscle tone and definition while strengthening the body. This workout session combined with rhythmic music, focuses on duration and intensity of exercises for deep muscle contouring, strengthening, and firming a well-defined body. ES/A 111ABCD RUNNING FOR CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS I--IV 1 Unit Designed to improve the students' cardiovascular conditioning. Students will be pre- and post-tested to determine his/her conditioning levels. During the semester, students will be given the skills necessary to improve jogging or running abilities. Introduction to warm ups, cool downs, breathing techniques, injury prevention, and care will be included.
