Exercise Science Activity

ES/A 219 YOGA - 1 Unit Grade only. This course is based on Hatha style yoga. It is a safe, noncompetitive environment that will guide beginning to advanced students through the postures of yoga. Benefits include increased flexibility, release of muscular tension, prevention of injuries, and improved body awareness. (Repeatable three times.) [D; CSU; UC]
