ES/A 215ABCD THE S.T.E.P. AEROBIC WORKOUT (SPORT TRAINING EXERCISE PROGRAM) I--IV 1 Unit Aerobic exercise class that offers cardiovascular benefits, as well as improving coordination and rhythm. It is a low impact form of exercise and is safe and effective for all fitness levels. In addition to the cardiovascular conditioning, this class offers a balanced workout that includes flexibility and resistance exercises. (Repeatable three times.) [D; CSU; UC]

ES/A 219 YOGA 1 Unit Grade only. This course is based on Hatha style yoga. It is a safe, noncompetitive environment that will guide beginning to advanced students through the postures of yoga.
