The Southwestern College Office of Advancement & Community Engagement (ACE) includes marketing, communications, development/foundation, alumni relations, grants and special events.
The marketing and communications team is responsible for building and maintaining the integrity of the Southwestern College name, brand, image, and voice. It is also responsible for overseeing district-wide communications, marketing efforts, creative services, special events, and the latest news on the College, its programs, activities, faculty, staff, and students. The SWC Foundation supports the college through community partnerships, alumni connections, and donors who want to make a difference.
Our ultimate goal is student success. Collectively, we will work to enhance awareness of the college, build community engagement and support for students.

Our Services
Communications
We provide a range of services to the District, including internal and external communications. We curate events, news, and updates through our website’s Event Calendar, Newsletters and Emails. Our social media management ensures a strong digital presence, promoting the organization's values and achievements to a wider audience. Marketing/Branding

Public Records Request
Southwestern College recognizes the right of the public to have access to public records. SWC intends to provide any person or organization reasonable access to the public records, upon request, during normal business hours and within the requirements of the law.
