Please use your SWC email address for all financial aid communications. To protect your personal information, we cannot discuss your file via personal email accounts. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for a response.

We cannot discuss a student's file with parents or anyone else without a signed Financial Aid Consent to Release Information Form on file. This form must be completed each academic year and is available on the Forms page.

Before emailing, log in to MySWC and check your My Financial Aid account for missing documents and status updates. If no documents are listed, no action is needed.   • To check for missing documents, log in to MySWC and review your My Financial Aid account. If no requested documents are listed, no additional action is needed. Continue to check your SWC email for an update.
  • Financial Aid documents are only accepted through the Financial Aid Document Dropbox, JagDocs, or Dynamic Forms. Visit our Forms page on instructions and tips for submitting Financial Aid documents. Do not email documents.
