Come by or call the Counseling Center, located on the second floor of the Student Services Center, Cesar E. Chavez building, to schedule your Graduation Check appointment. Students with 45 or more degree applicable units should meet with a counselor to determine if they are close to completing requirements for the associates degree. Qualified students must petition for graduation by:
Fall 2011 - Friday, October 28, 2011
Spring 2012 - Friday, March 2, 2012
Summer 2012 - Thursday, March 29, 2012
Petitions may be submitted to the Evaluations Office, Information Counter or Admissions in the Cesar E. Chavez Center or at the Higher Education Centers in Otay Mesa, San Ysidro or National City. Graduations petitions are available at any of these sites or online by clicking the Admissions link under “printable forms.
