2013 STATE CHAMPION in HIGH JUMP
"Branden Greene continued his dominance in the men’s High Jump by capping off a stellar year with a state winning jump of 2.08m/6’ 9 ¾”. His jump also earned him All-American status and a new Southwestern College school record. Branden’s winning effort was one of only two Pacific Coast Conference athletes to bring home state titles. The other was double winner Dylan Marx of Mesa (5k, 3k-steeple chase).
Branden also competed in the men’s long jump in which he finished in a respectable 7th place. We congratulate Branden Greene on a championship winning season and well deserved Southwestern College Most Valuable Player (MVP) recognition by his team and coaches.
