NEW! Constitutional Law: Civil Liberties—Police Interrogations & Your Right to Remain Silent
The course is taught in law school format by an attorney. You will learn your Constitutional rights that apply when the police want to question you. The course covers the U.S. Constitution and case law regarding the following: the 5th Amendment right not to incriminate yourself, the 6th Amendment right to have an attorney present during interrogation/questioning and when these rights are triggered.
