Priority enrollment/acceptance is given to students who apply during the appropriate application period with a complete application packet based on the provided checklist. The application packet is to be submitted to the Nursing Department in PERSON or U.S. Mail during the specific time frame listed on the application. Please note: the application period may end early due to an overwhelming response of applicants or may be extended, if needed.
The CNA program accepts 40 students, however, we will accept additional students as alternates (in case potential students from the accepted group are unable to participate). Accepted students will be notified via e-mail. All accepted students are expected to meet on the first day at 8 a.m. Students who fail to meet the class will have to re-apply for the next available course. It is the applicant's responsibility to make copies of all documents submitted as we do not make copies. All submitted documents become the sole property of the Nursing Department.
