· Emergency (5-7 business days processing; includes requests obtained in person) - $5.00 per copy
· Overnight mail: $20.00 per copy – Monday thru Thursday delivery only

- Student name, as listed at the time of attendance at Southwestern College
- Approximate dates of attendance
- Date of birth
- Social Security Number
- Southwestern College ID number (if known)
- The location transcript is to be sent to. Include complete mailing address (including ZIP code).
- All requests must be signed by student. Transcripts cannot be released without student signature.
- Payment must accompany transcript request.If you are paying by credit card, your request must include the credit card number, expiration date, the billing ZIP code, the 3-digit security code from the back of the card, as well as the cardholder signature.
