Please use instructions provided below to log-in, register, propose and/or request funds for professional development activities:

MYLEARNINGPLAN – Access it from WebAdvisor
Go to www.swccd.edu;
Click on WebAdvisor;
Click on Employees (Classified and Administrators), or Faculty (full-time and part-time);
Click on Professional Development (MyLearningPlan);
Enter User Name and Password, same used to log-in to Outlook and/or eLumen;
Select the tab LearningPlan.

HOW TO REGISTER
Click on District Catalog, located on left side of the screen, under MLPPDMS, under Activity Catalogs;
Scroll down to peruse available activities;
Click on the desired activity title, then click on Sign Up Now button;
Click on Return to Catalog button to register in more sessions.

Individual Proposals
Please use this form to work on individual projects, and/or to participate in activities on/off-campus not advertised by the Professional Development Program.
This form is located under MLPPDMS, under Fill-In Forms
Click on Individual Proposal form and follow the instructions provided in the form.

Professional Development Funding
Please use this form to request funds for registration-fees-only to participate in conferences, courses, webinars, etc.

This form is located under MLPPDMS, under Fill-In Forms
Click on Professional Development Funding form and follow the instructions provided in the form.

Student Equity Funding
Please use this form to request funds for travel/registration expenses to participate in conferences, courses, etc. that meet the Student Equity criteria.
This form is located under MLPPDMS, under Fill-In Forms
Click on Student Equity Funding form and follow the instructions provided in the form.
