The Outreach office conducts an Early Admission Program (EAP) for all interested high school seniors. The program allows high school seniors and adult schools to apply online, take the assessment, view the online orientation and register for fall semester prior to continuing students in June. These services prepare high school seniors for the transition from high school to college.
Students attending Sweetwater Union High School District (SUHSD) are provided with a college Peer Advisor at their school site. Peers will assist seniors with completing the EAP five step process and Financial Aid. Special months have been set aside for students to complete the five step process.
A tour of the Southwestern College campus is a great way for prospective students, parents and/or groups to see our beautiful campus. A general tour of the campus or a visit to a specific academic department can be arranged.
