Southwestern Student Short Plays - This production is comprised of six short plays written by Southwestern Students. Each play is set in its own world with its own view on reality. We visit an alternate land where a 440 pound gorilla has been elected president instead of Donald Trump, another land where air travel is ran by trickster robots, and another play that gives us a realistic view into the lives of the 43 students who disappeared in Mexico on a student field trip. Theatre has the ability to transport and transform and we at Southwestern are proud to be able to showcase the diversity of thought with these six student pieces.
