Proposition R & Z Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee
A Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee was established by the Southwestern Community College Governing Board to oversee the expenditures of the Proposition R and Z bond proceeds in accordance with CBOC Bylaws and the intent of the bond measure (view Prop R Ballot Language or Prop Z Ballot Language).
