This request form is for an individualized one-on-one training with a member of the OLC staff. The Systems Administrator will be
first in line to accept the request, however, due to availability, the Technical Specialist may need to meet with you.
You do not need to bring any materials to this training if you do not want to, or bring those electronic materials you
want to add to your course

The requestor will be notified of acceptance of the date and time of the training,
or a new date/time will be suggested via a meeting request

During the first two weeks of a term start, there will be no one-on-one training available
