These are forms for you to use for common requests we get prior to, during and after the term. Please read them carefully and complete all information. Using these forms allow us to get the needed information with one email, instead of going back and forth with you individually. This will speed up the process and make it much more accurate
- Copy course request is used to copy course content form one course to another that faculty are teaching. You cannot copy content from a course to another unless you are teaching it

- Course delete request: This will delete a course no longer in use
- Import Course Cartridge: If faculty has a zip file or a download key for publisher content that will populate a course
- New Course Request: If a faculty wants to being using a course shell for practice or teaching this will create a blank course shell
- New User Account Request: If faculty wants to enroll a guest into their course who is not in the SWC database
- SUPERCOURSE Service Request: This is for technical assistance for a SUPERCOURSE which is more than one section in one course shell
- Technical Support Request: This is for general technical support issues.
- Training Request: If you want to talk with an OLC support person for a one-on-one session to discuss issues or receive custom training
