To schedule an appointment, come to the Academic Success Center (420) as student ID cards must be verified.

Student Responsibilities

I understand that it is my responsibility to try to do the assignment before I meet with my tutor.

I understand that it is my responsibility to come prepared to all my tutorial sessions, bringing the necessary textbooks, class notes, and any questions I may have.

I understand that I am expected to comply with all SWC and ASC policies and procedures.

I understand that the ASC Coordinator is available to answer questions or concerns I might have regarding the SWC Academic Success Center.

I understand that if I fail to cancel my campus tutorial appointment within 24 hours, this will result in a "No Show."

I understand that two "No Shows" will mean that I am not permitted to schedule one-to-one appointments in the Academic Success Center for the remainder of the semester.

I understand that I may lose my appointment if I am later than 15 minutes.

Note: The late policy does not apply to walk-in centers or open labs
