To be eligible for off-campus access to Southwestern College Library's databases, you must be a current student or a currently-employed faculty or staff member.

To receive a list of User IDs and Passwords, a student must have a current student ID card and a current semester validation sticker.

Eligible recipients may pick up the list of Off-Campus User IDs and Passwords at the Reference Desk in the Library during normal business hours.

Students who are not on campus may request the list of User IDs and Passwords using our Password Request Form or via e-mail. Please include your full name, student ID number and your request for passwords. You will receive an email response within one working day. For ARTstor and NetLibrary access, you must create your own account for these two products from any computer on campus

The User IDs and Passwords expire at the end of every semester.

Once you have the current semester list of User IDs and Passwords, click on the link below and use them whenever you want to log in to the databases from off campus.
