Welcome to Southwestern College and to the School of Counseling and Personal Development's Online Pre-Registration Workshop. Our motto is "Come here, go anywhere!" We congratulate you on your decision to come to college, and we believe in your future success. Early planning saves time and energy and will get you to your destination with pride and confidence.

Our goal for this Online Pre-Registration Workshop is to help you plan for your first semester. After this orientation you will be able to read your class schedule; understand your test results; register for your classes; and review your general education plans. We will also cover some basic information that will help you to adjust to the college environment.

Once your classes begin, come by your nearest Counseling Center, located in the Student Services One Stop Center room 107 on the main campus, room 6501 at the Higher Education Center, and in room 5601 at our San Ysidro Center to schedule an individual counseling appointment. Our team of qualified counseling faculty is here to assist you in planning a bright and successful future. With this in mind, we provide you with career exploration, individual educational plans and information on special student support programs. We look forward to seeing you at the Counseling Center.
