STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES:

Upon successful completion of Math 20, the student should be able to:

1. Perform calculations with, convert between, or compare common fractions, decimals and percents in the context of applications without a calculator.
2. Solve geometric problems involving perimeter, circumference, area and volume without a calculator.
3. Choose the correct arithmetic operation and perform the calculations required to solve applied problems without a calculator.
4. Evaluate and perform order of operations on simple arithmetic expressions without a calculator.
