College Management Team
Mission:
The purpose of the College Management Team (CMT) is to provide a forum for managers to receive information and training on a variety of subjects relevant to managers, exchange ideas, provide feedback, review college-wide policies, enhance leadership and supervisory skills and knowledge, assist managers in setting priorities, and make recommendations to the Superintendent/President on issues that pertain directly and/or primarily to the management corps of the college.
Functions:
The CMT is a primary body for managers to meet and discuss institution-wide topics and issues directly related to managers and supervisors. Major functions of CMT include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary, regular meeting for managers.
Receiving information and training on subjects relevant to managers.
Exchanging ideas and providing feedback on issues important to managers.
Reviewing college-wide policies.
Enhance leadership and supervisory skills and knowledge.
Assist managers in setting priorities.
Make recommendations on issues directly related to managers and supervisors of the college.
