About Us

Staff Development Mission

The Staff Development program is committed to improving job performance and fostering the professional growth and development of all employees of the college. The program encourages lifelong learning and training based on adult learning principles and the recognition of diverse learning styles.

In addition, the program seeks to enhance the quality of the work environment. The program provides an integrated and comprehensive collection of activities that enable staff to:

acquire knowledge about educational issues

to develop and utilize new or improved skills and work methodologies

to clarify their roles as members of the organization

to enhance their personal and professional growth
