Bob Stretch has worked in higher education for over forty years in military, private and public institutions in positions ranging from instructor to academic dean, veteran specialist, research analyst, and now programmer/analyst. He is a systems thinker and focuses on improving processes to increase effectiveness of colleges and universities. His teaching areas include graduate and undergraduate strategic management, marketing research, and business management. He has master's degrees in management and education along with four years of doctoral work. He has run his own consulting company and was a real estate broker when he wasn't busy writing ancillary materials for Prentice-Hall.
