This "_files" folder is used for uploading documents and images that will be used 
only in the "parent" folder. What does that mean? The "parent" folder is the previous 
folder you navigated to before you double-clicked and got here.

Parent Folder Example:

 >> Because this "_files" folder is located at 
    /admissions-and-financial-aid/information-for/international-students/_files/

 >> That means its "parent" folder is located at 
    /admissions-and-financial-aid/information-for/international-students/

So, if I wanted to upload a PDF to this "_files" folder (shown above) and link to it 
from a page, that page MUST be located in its "parent" folder (shown above)! 

Why does it matter? It's not only a good practice to keep files associated with 
each other, it helps keep the website system as clean as possible. The cleaner it is, 
the better it runs and the faster it loads.
