Power Up Self-protection Class

Join Officer Ben Gess in a 90 minute self-defense class and Q&A session.

Ben Gess has been a police officer at Southwestern College for 14 years. He has been a certified RAD instructor for 3.5 years, teaching multiple women, including his wife and daughters.
Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) is a national program designed to provide women with the concepts and methods needed for self-defense. The program enables women to take a more active role in protecting themselves and their psychological well-being.
