2022 Spring Flex Day & Opening Day

TOGETHER: STRONGER & SAFER

PD/FLEX DAY
Thursday, January 27, 2022 | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Breakout Sessions will include: Department Meetings (non-School meetings), Distance Education/Online Learning Center Trainings, Library Recourses Workshops, Safety Trainings, Title IX Trainings, Sexual Harassment Trainings, etc. If you would like to facilitate a session(s) on 1/27th, please complete a Group Proposal. Sessions should start at the top of the hour and not exceeding 50 minutes or 110 minutes (this way people will have a 10-min break between sessions). Example: 9:00am-9:50am or 9:00am-10:50am

OPENING DAY
Friday, January 28, 2022 | 8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

8:30 a.m. Constituent Group Meetings (optional participation)
9:00 a.m. Center/School/Office/Department Meetings
10:00 a.m. Convocation/Keynote
11:00 a.m. Breakout Sessions

Breakout Sessions will be designed to reflect and support the theme "Together: Stronger & Safer."

We look forward to seeing all Classified, Administrators, Part-time Faculty*, and Full-time Faculty on Opening Day. If you are not able to participate, please contact your immediate supervisor and/or administrative staff to report your absence.

*Part-time Faculty can fulfill their four-hour flex obligation on Flex Day and/or Opening Day.
