African-American Studies

Program Overview 

Our courses take a multifaceted approach, exploring the  historical, anthropological, sociological, psychological, economic, and political aspects of African Americans in the U.S. Additionally, studies focus on the literary, musical, and artistic heritage of people of African decent.

The African-American Studies program serves as a center for the enhancement of knowledge and understanding.
