Tiffany Lawrence is an Academic HR Specialist with over 15 years of business operations and human resources experience in both the public and private sectors. She has an M.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in History from Mount St Mary’s University in Los Angeles.
A Chula Vista native, Tiffany began her career at Southwestern College in 2013 as a part-time Hiring Compliance Officer and joined the team full time in 2018. She believes that everyone belongs at SWC and is an ally and supporter of the LGBTQIA+ community and PRISM.
When she isn’t working with the amazing and dedicated faculty and staff at SWC, you can find her spending time with her family or asking strangers if she can please pet their dogs.
