Mindfulness & Writing: Writing Workshop for Healing & Reflection - This writing workshop will braid mindfulness practices, writing and reflection to help us process and attend to what we are experiencing in this moment. Participants will be guided through mindfulness practices and freewrites that encourage self-study, grounding and healing.
