Tips for Using Cranium Cafe (Virtual Welcome Center):
- Know your MySWC login. If you do not have a login or SWC ID, log in using your Facebook, Google or LinkedIn accounts, or create a guest login.
- All PCs, laptops, Macbooks, as well as Android devices, are compatible, but will require you to use Chrome or Firefox. Apple users can use Safari browser.
- Use this service in a quiet and private environment.

Upload Documents in Meetings |
Need to send a file during a video meeting? Follow these steps to securely upload and send documents. Note: For the best experience we highly recommend using a desktop or laptop. Before Your Video MeetingBe sure to have your documents readily available on your desktop or laptop. View the "Scanning Documents for Meetings" section of this page for more information. ![]() Upload a DocumentClick on the Document Upload/Share button ![]() Click on the "Upload" button ![]() Select the file you want to upload and select "open" ![]() Once your document is uploaded you will see the following: ![]() Open - This will display the document on screen for you and the staff/faculty member. Share - This will send a link to the file in the chatbox. This will securely drop the file for the staff/faculty member to download. Delete - This will delete the document from your account. |
