The Southwestern College Art Gallery is proud to present ‘Configurations’ an exhibition of alumni artists. ‘Configurations’ brings together a group of former SWC students working in a variety of media, and draws engaging conversations between their diverse works. Themes of identity, memory, and place emerge in many of the artists practices, and our bi-national region shows as a rich undercurrent. These former students represent where we as a community come from, and in their achievements, where we can go.
The exhibition opens to the public March 13th at 12 pm with an artists walk-through, followed by an evening reception for the artists coordinated with the SWC Alumni association.
