• The first two transcripts ever requested in person to be mailed by regular service are complimentary.
• All outstanding debts to the college must be paid in full before a transcript will be released.

You may request transcripts via mail by filling out and printing the Transcript Request Form (PDF). If you cannot access the form, include a letter with the information listed below.

• Your name at the time you attended Southwestern College 
• Your approximate last date of attendance
• Social Security Number
• Southwestern College ID number, if known
• Date of Birth
• The complete address, including ZIP code, where you want the transcript sent
• Your request must be signed.  Your transcripts cannot be released without your signature.

• Attach a check or money order made payable to Southwestern College (see above for costs).
• Mail requests are processed within 3-10 business days from when the request is received
