Financial aid professionals can be contacted on several different platforms

Financial Aid office staff are available at our front counter. We are no longer accepting
appointments, as we are available for walk-ins.
To speak to Financial Aid by phone, please contact our main number. If you are unable to reach a financial aid professional, they are likely on the line with another student. Please leave a voice message and your call will be returned.

Please note, we cannot discuss details from a student’s file with parents or anyone else but the student themselves, unless the student submits a Financial Aid Consent to Release form. The form is year-specific and is available from the Forms page.
Financial Aid documents will only be accepted using the Financial Aid DropBox, JagDocs, or using Dynamic forms.
In order to protect personally identifiable information, please email your questions only from your SWC email account. Please allow 2-3 working days for a response. Please do not contact multiple staff at once- this will cause a delay in responding to you.
