Financial Aid Forms

Getting your financial aid processed starts with making sure your documents are submitted correctly. This page lists the forms available through the Financial Aid Office and provides guidance on how to submit them. Taking a few extra minutes to make sure everything is complete, accurate, and submitted correctly can save you a lot of time in the long run.
How to Submit Documents
Financial Aid documents are only accepted through the following three methods:
- Financial Aid Document Dropbox for Students
- JagDocs: available through MySWC
- Dynamic Forms: online forms linked directly from this page
Please do not email forms to the Financial Aid Office. Emailed documents cannot be processed. Submitting the wrong form, an incomplete form, or a form for the wrong award year will delay your financial aid — so always double-check before you submit.
Not sure which forms you need? Check your SWC email or log in to MySWC and visit My Financial Aid to see a list of any documents the Financial Aid Office has requested from you. Make sure you are downloading the correct verification worksheet for your dependency status (dependent or independent) before submitting.
