Student Employment Services (SES) is dedicated to connecting students to training and support related to obtaining employment.  SES offers individualized guidance and workshops to supports Southwestern College students with resumes & cover letter assistance, interview techniques, internships, on and off campus employment, Cooperative Work Experience Education (CWEE) and job fairs.

The Southwestern College Student Employment Services resources are provided free of charge to employers and to student job seekers. All hiring and compensation for work performed by student employees is handled directly between the student and the employer.
