Placing Materials on Reserve
Faculty members often make special assignments for their students to use specific library books and/or other materials. Reserve materials may include supplemental class readings, photocopied articles or videos and audio files. Reserve materials are located on the second floor of the library at the Reserve Desk Counter and can be checked-out for a limited period.
Faculty placing materials on reserve should bring their reserve item to the library along with this completed Course Reserve Request Form (PDF).
How to Place Material on Reserves
This video is a short tutorial on how to place materials on reserves at SWC Library.
Use the Library's OneSearch to look up materials currently on reserve or to locate items that you would like to place on reserve for your class.
Students must have the call number of their reserve item and a valid photo ID card in order to borrow reserve materials.
