SWC Binational & Transborder EAG

The Binational Transborder Employee Affinity Group fosters connection among faculty and staff committed to supporting Southwestern College’s binational transborder students. Through networking, professional development, leadership opportunities, and mentorship, we build a strong community committed to student success and member empowerment. Our work advances equitable access, strengthens community connections, and promotes culturally responsive practices by leveraging our shared experiences and expertise, as we advocate for and empower binational transborder students to thrive both academically and personally.
