Budget Adjustment and Cost Transfers (PDF Document) 

FY 2024 - Budget Adjustment Form (Spreadsheet)

1. To access the Budget Adjustment form, click on the link above.
2. Open your computer's "Downloads" folder and select the Budget Adjustment Form file.
3. Once you have opened the Microsoft Excel file, click on the "Enable Editing" button on the yellow bar at the top. This enables the VLOOKUP function.
4. At this point, you should be able to enter your data and use the form for your needs. Once completed, save the form in your files.
5. Finally, send the completed form, signed by approver, to SWC Budget Adj (swcbudgetadj@swccd.edu).

• FY 2023 - Budget Adjustment Form (Google Spreadsheet)

1. To access the Budget Adjustment form, click on the link above.
2. Next, click the “File” tab in the upper left hand corner. You should see a dropdown menu appear.
3. Click “Download” and then click “Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).” This creates a blank copy of the original document that will be for your own personal use.
4. Then, click on the file title (2023 Budget Adjustment Form.xlsx) on the bar at the bottom of the web browser to access the downloaded file. If the bar doesn't show up, you can go through your computer's "Downloads" folder and double-click the Budget Adjustment Form file.
5. Once you have opened the Microsoft Excel file, click on the "Enable Editing" button on the yellow bar at the top. This enables the VLOOKUP function.
6. At this point, you should be able to enter your data and use the form for your needs. Once completed, save the form in your files.
7. Finally, send the completed form, signed by approver, to SWC Budget Adj (swcbudgetadj@swccd.edu).
