This resource page is designed to provide transparency and clarity by integrating your federal and state legal entitlements—such as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL)—with the specific benefits secured through your respective Collective Bargaining Agreements (SCEA, CSEA, and SCCDAA).
