Protected Leave Information

The Federal Government, State of California, and Southwestern Community College District offer a variety of leaves of absence. Employees planning for a leave should contact the Human Resources Office. Employees will be granted leaves in accordance with any legal requirement governing the specific type of leave and the District's established leave policies, practices and collective bargaining agreements. Please contact the staff below with any questions and for consultation.
