Position
As the Assistant Superintendent/Vice President for Academic Affairs (ASVPAA), you will play a pivotal role within our organization. Reporting directly to the Superintendent/President, you will provide district-wide leadership, supervision, and oversight for all aspects of Academic Affairs.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical areas, including accreditation, policy development, strategic planning, and curriculum and service development for the District's instructional programs and services; oversees the instructional development and implementation of courses and programs-working with the Higher Education Center Deans and designated faculty and staff.
In the absence of the Superintendent/President, you may serve as their designated representative, ensuring the smooth functioning of the district. Furthermore, you will have the important task of supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountabilityaccountability.
As the chief academic officer for the District, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's instructional development and overall success. Your leadership will be instrumental in supporting our mission and creating an environment conducive to learning and growth.

Foreign transcripts must be transcribed in English and evaluated for U.S. equivalency by a bona fide U.S. evaluation service.
