Any off-campus person or entity proposing to engage in research within the Southwestern Community College District must submit a proposal to the Institutional Research Review Board (IRRB). Please contact Bill Abasolo, Dean of Institutional Research and Planning, and Jessica Noel, Senior Research and Planning Analyst. Please review our IRRB policy and procedures before submitting the application below to ensure all needed materials are included.

Important: A complete application is due 10 business days prior to the scheduled IRRB Committee Meeting where your proposal will be reviewed. You are advised to work with Jessica Noel in advance of this deadline to ensure that you have met the mandatory elements of the application checklist (see SCCD IRRB Policy, Procedures, and Application for details).
