Development & Participatory Governance
Southwestern College established a cross-constituency project team under the Shared Consultation Council (SCC), with the Planning & Budget Committee serving as its parent committee, to develop a draft Strategic Plan 2030 aligned with the Educational Vision Plan 2030. The draft was reviewed and recommended through the college's participatory governance process by the Academic Senate, Planning & Budget Committee, and SCC before being approved by the Superintendent/President.
