Institutional Planning Manuals

The Integrated Planning Manual (PDF) is Southwestern College’s guide to institutional planning. It describes the processes and practices followed by constituency groups to participate and contribute to SWC’s institutional planning efforts. The Manual also identifies relationships between key institutional planning functions and stakeholder groups, and demonstrates practices that align with applicable accreditation standards.

The Shared Consultation Council: Shared Planning and Decision-making Handbook (PDF) describes the processes and practices for the participatory governance process at Southwestern College. The Handbook includes committee charters, sample templates, and other relevant information describing the structure of our process.
